According to Document No. 359/KTTVBDKH by the Department of Hydro-Meteorology and Climate Change (DNA Vietnam) dated 06th June, 2012,  CDM projects, which were approved Letter of approval (LOA) by Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, are required to submit reports every 6 months with regards to the implementation of CDM projects.

For the purpose of the general management improvement and timely information from these projects to the State leadership, the project owners and the consultants are responsible for implementation of this requirement. They will have to submit periodical reports in January and July each year to DNA of Vietnam.

RCEE-NIRAS Joint Stock Company has co-operated with 16 CDM projects  owners (Ta Niet, Su Pan 2, H'Mun, Ia Puch 3, Dasiat, Ayun Thuong 1A, Minh Luong, Ta Thang, Se San 4A, Dak Glun, Nam Pung, Seo Chong Ho, Ban Ra, Dak Mek 3, Holcim and Nam Ly 1) ​​to prepare and submit the reports on time to DNA Vietnam.
