The project funded by the Nordic Development Fund through the Asian Development Bank (ADB) at a cost of approximately $ 2.5 million USD. Participants in the workshop included representative of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, ADB country Director, Technical Advisor of ADB, representative  of the relevant ministries, the donors and the consultants involved in the implementation the project (RCEE - NIRAS and ICEM).

At the workshop, methodologies, approaches and expected goals for each partners were presented towards a mutual agreements on opinions, goals and requirements of relevant stakeholders
