The Vietnam National Biogas Program of Activities (PoA), managed by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MARD) is now officially registered with the Executive Board of UNFCCC in January 11th 2013. The project is expected to contribute to the emissions reduction of 28.455 tons CO2 per year. RCEE-NIRAS is proud of its support to MARD in the development of this PoA under the ADB's Technical Support Facility (TSF)
