In March 2013, RCEE-NIRAS consultant team will start the Inception Mission in support of the Project: Low carbon transition in the energy sector in Vietnam. The project was approved in November 2012 and is to be implemented over a 3 years period from 2013-2015. The overall project is funded by DANIDA with a budget of 65 mill. DKK and aim to support to MOIT and MOC, directly for technical assistance and financial mechanism to support concrete investments.
