NIRAS Denmark in consortium with NIRAS Vietnam has been awarded this assignment as one component of the Promoting Clean Energy Development in Bhutan Project funded by ADB. 

One of the main tasks includes the development of a NAMA proposal to encourage energy sector in collaboration with the host country and through various stakeholder consultations. Also, the Consultant will develop an MRV system for (1) increasing access to energy, energy efficiency and development of renewable energy, (2) transportation sector, (3) waste management. 

The duration of the assignment will be 15 months since June 2014.
