To promote investments in energy efficiency solutions, the Low Carbon Transition in the Energy Efficiency (LCEE) project is now launching the "Green Investment Facility" (GIF) to support small & medium sized enterprises (SMEs) investing in Energy Efficiency measures.

Through the Green Investment Facility (GIF) the LCEE Project gives the enterprises the opportunity to receive loans ranging from VND 400 million to VND 4 billion, in which businesses can receive bank guarantees up to 50% of the loan value and have the chance to receive a refund of 10% to 30% of the loan value.

This program is focusing on Small & Medium sized Enterprises (SMEs) in three sectors, namely bricks, ceramics and food processing.
