Niras Vietnam has signed an Energy Audit contract for Goshi Thang Long Auto- parts Co., Ltd (GTA).

Established in January 1997 in Hanoi, Vietnam, GTA has legal capital of US $ 5.7 million and manufacturers motorcycle parts primarily for Honda in Vietnam.

The factory is located at Viet Hung Ward, Long Bien Hanoi on a campus of 39.000m2. Most of the factory's equipment are imported from Japan, among which are welding robots to improve the effectiveness, efficiency and save manpower. Major products of GTA include: Exhaust muffler assemblies, wheel rim assemblies, other suspension components.

Facing with global and local energy prices volatility, factory leaders desired implementing the energy efficiency program, monitoring energy consumption at workshops, and step by step applying energy efficiency products in production and business activities. Therefore, Niras Vietnam will provides GTA services to conduct comprehensive surveys, energy audits and propose solutions to reduce energy costs for the factory.

The Energy Audit service will take place in 2 months and expected to finish by  end of July 2015.
