Under the framework of Supporting the Green Growth Strategy Implementation in Vietnam project – VGGS, Niras Vietnam/ CEGR signed the memorandum of understanding (MOU) for development of Provincial Green Growth Action Plan (PG GAP) including the study on Marginal Abatement Cost Curve (MACC) and awareness raising among authorities in the three selected provinces: Bac Ninh, Quang Nam, Ben Tre.

Thereby, the expert team has been working with related department of 3 provinces for data collection training and data collecting. With supports from provinces' departments, we expect to collect full database as deadline for MACC build up.

This MOU was signed among  KOICA - the Vietnam Green Growth Strategy project management unit, Ministry of Planning and Investment/ Department of Science Education National Resource and Environment and Consultant team of NIRAS Vietnam/CEGR.
