In the scope of the project “Comprehensive survey and analysis of emerging energy efficiency service providers or ESCOs in Vietnam”, RCEE – NIRAS has conducted a survey among energy efficiency service providers throughout the country. Questionnaires have been sent to more than 100 organizations, including energy efficiency centers, industrial promotion centers, research centers in energy fields, private high efficient equipment providers, energy consulting organizations and financial institutions. Based on the collected data, the Consultant will make analysis and assessment on current situation and capacity of the energy efficiency services providers, defining the constrains and barriers as well as providing recommendations in order to promote energy efficiency services market in Vietnam
