In May 2012, RCEE-NIRAS together with it contractor and representatives from TAIMWESER has completed the commissioning its Wind Mast in Lam Dong Province. The Wind Measuarement Tower is 100m high is kind of highest which has been installed in Vietnam until now. RCEE-NIRAS has been working closely with TAIMWESER experts since a year ago under an agreement of supporting TW to invest in a large wind farm project in Vietnam. The scope of work including pre- assessment of available locations, working with local authorities for necessary procedure in preparation of the investment phase, designing the wind mast.

 The Mast collect data of the area for about one year. All data will be transmitted by GSM signal to TW technical department 24 hours for further processing.
